Dream No. 9

What crosses, or rather, what cross your mind when you see a deep pool, muddy in the middle, with shelving banks all around, and overgrown with lotuses and from every side where the water is clear and sparkling, two-footed creatures and four-footed creatures flock to drink its water? King Pasenadi's 9th dream is interpreted thus: When kings are unrighteous and hunger for riches; when they show no mercy, love and compassion to the people, the heart of the land become a wilderness when the people unable to pay taxes, take refuge on the borders. Wonder if this also means that the people are getting set to migrate to another country and shift their loyalty elsewhere? Why stay when the authorities don't care and treat you like second class people?
