Once I wanted to use this practicing tonglen. I wanted to inspire the mortal illness and return health to one I loved soo much... But I could not do it. I was afraid. I understood, it is not real, but I was afraid to inspire that mortal illness. I could not help, but I can't forget my cowardice for many years.
