Miracle Water

They say it's miracle water, this water from a hill in Jalan Baru Selayang-Ulu Yam, about 10km from the Batu Dam in Selangor, Malaysia. They say the water can cure sickness and restore health and many people are making a beeline to the place and it is causing a traffic jam on weekends.I don't know what you think about all this but I am starting to think of holy water. Remember how the possessed Linda Blair squirmed when the priest sprinkled some holy water on her in The Exorcist? Well, not only the Christians have holy water; the Buddhists have it too, and lots of it. It's a common practice especially during Vesak when Buddhist monks chant and sprinkle holy water on devotees. Now, perhaps mom would have told you that the holy water is for your general well being and you would accept it at just that. Now, I suddenly wonder if Buddha had himself sprinkled any holy water on any one at Lumbini, Bodh Gaya, Isipathana(present day, Sarnath), Kusinara: (now Kusinagar) or anywhere else he had been to... ? Never mind, if it works or not...

They tell many things about the possibilities of the water. Maybe they are really so as described. Important is that we believe in it. :-)))

How was it said? "Believe and you will receive" -something like this.
