In Indonesia, somewhere in Jakarta, a Buddhist temple reportedly was hit by a bomb. That reminds me of the quite recent bombing in one of the most important Buddhist temples, the Mahabodhi Temple in Bodhgaya, Bihar. There, a series of bomb blasts had injured five people including a Tibetan Buddhist, Tenzing Dorjee and a Myammar monk from the nearby Magadh University,Vilas Ga. Otherwise, the ten bombs did not cause much damage except to the various new structures of the temple complex . A bomb said to have been planted on a Buddha statue did not explode and was defused. At the little known Ekayana Buddhist temple in Duri Kepa, Indonesia, at least one worshipper had been injured. Low-grade explosives were used and of the two bombs that police found, one did not go off, and the other only emitted smoke. People, like bombs are sometimes of low grade.
