I remember once someone commented about a man without legs. No, it was not the usual story about someone not being happy with not having a new pair of shoes until he comes across someone without feet or something like that. It was more about meditation. Since there are things like walking and sitting meditation, he was wondering aloud about those without legs as to whether they could meditate. Now, that sounds sensible, don't you think? Don't know if the same applies to sitting meditation but if you don't have legs, how could you be expected to walk and in such circumstances, what walking meditation is there to talk about? Lying meditation, maybe; as when Buddha was reclining.
