Jesus , I read died on the cross and did not die there; depending on whether it is a Bible version or a Quran version. At 33 years old, he probably was at the prime of his life. Comparatively, Buddha passed away at a ripe old age. At one point, prior to Buddha's parinirvana, he had said : Now I am frail, Ananda, old, aged, far gone in years. This is my eightieth year, and my life is spent. My body is like an old cart, barely held together. Passing away at 80 years old, he had preached at least 45 years; he had taught a lot most probably.
