News! : Suck My Tongue!

When a boy approaches you and ask for a hug, would you just hug him or give him a kiss on the cheeks or mouth too; and then ask for your tongue to be sucked? The revered Dalai Lama surprisingly asked for all that and drew flaks from nietzens. Sticking out a tongue, according to the Institute of East Asian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, is a sign of respect or agreement and is often used as a greeting in traditional Tibetan culture. Not sure if the Dalai Lama has greeted anyone in such a manner before and not sure too if the greeting does include sucking of the tongue. Pretty sure though that someone I know had long considered the Dalai Lama a charlatan and some people were disgusted with his recent actions and had labelled him a pedophile. That the Dalai Lama had
e established a government-in-exile in the northern Indian city of Dharamshala after an unsuccessful Tibetan uprising against Chinese occupation in 1959 cast doubt on his spiritual status. Buddhist monks supposedly give up the mundane life and probably live a life of solitude and quietness in their quest for enlightenment. Since the Dalai Lama is also one of the world's best-known living Buddhist figure, Buddhists all over the world probably find his action a let down and it would not be surprising if his action create damage to the religion.
