But regarding your question on evco? Yes it is sold over the counter here in our country. Bureau of Food Administration and Drugs (BFAD) approved -- but no therapeutic claims.
I have been taking it for almost two years but stopped for awhile because I am losing weight. It's either my thyroid or I suspect because of evco since that is one expected result of taking the oil. So it is supposed to be good for people who want to reduce weight.
But again, before taking it, if ever, ask your health provider just to be sure.
