Well Directed Mind

Neither mother, father,
nor any other relative
can do one greater good
than one's own well-directed mind.

It's really great for everyday life. When I was in Russia, the very near persons did very bad to me and betrayed me. But with the help of my Teacher and Teaching I had right behaviour and right emotions in confront of them and I'm very content today about it. I could not change anything, but with my not right mind I could do great tragedy. Now I'm quiet. I did nothing bad. And I hope with all sincerity they will be happy with what they had from me.

Hope I could explain good the thought.

I am happy to hear that you are contented, Liudmila. I also believe
that as long as we do not do bad things, do not think bad things,
everything will be fine. There will always be bad people around and as
long as we are not, that's good enough. If we can help change the
world , fine. If not, well, we are not God.
