Dukkha or simply sufferings according to Buddhism is very much a part of life and its emphasis on it often places Buddhism in a negative light. Some people think then Buddhism is very pessimistic, forgetting that what is negative could very well be reality. However, according to the teachings of the Buddha, there is always the Noble Eightfold Path to contend with, the path which leads to the cessation of suffering itself.
The Noble Eightfold Path has of course, as its name suggests, eight elements namely:.
1. Right view 2. Right intention 3. Right speech 4. Right action 5. Right livelihood 6. Right effort 7. Right mindfulness 8. 6.3 Right concentration
Now, with the right view, one sometimes will get a smile on the face and would be very much happier...
