Children Dhamma: Whence goes the Dhamma?

Just a day or two ago, there was news in the Internet that R. Subashini, a Hindu in Malaysia was trying to get the court to stop her Muslim-convert husband, Muhammad Shafi Saravanan Abdullah, from converting their young child. The Sun had reported that earlier on March 13, R. Subashini was directed by the Court to seek recourse through the syariah court. Non-Muslim groups held prayers and read out letters nationwide and the Malaysian Consultative Council of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism (MCCBCHST ) had said that this was done in support of justice, fairness and respect for the constitutional rights of non-Muslims and not to undermine Islam or Muslims. The efforts are also to create awareness among non-Muslims regarding court judgments, and help them understand the implications of conversion to Islam. This goes to show that a great deal of people cares about a child's welfare. While each parent fights, while each group prays, whence goes the children' dhamma?

Who knows if the antient persons were right when the parents looked for husbands/wives for their children. The youngs think not with the heads but with hormons, and so create more suffeing.
