Skeletal remains believed to be those of a pre-historic human aged between 8,000 and 11000 years were found in Bewah Cave in the Kenyir Lake area in Terengganu, Malaysia. The finding perhaps makes one wonder about the original inhabitants of Malaysia; but I wonder more about Buddha and the cobra that coiled round him and protected him from the rain when he was in deep meditation in Mucalinda Lake. A white cobra reportedly guarded the burial ground of the pre-historic man in Kenyir Dam. In a forum discussion in the Net about Keenu Reeve's movie, The Little Buddha, there was a discussion on the scene where the giant snake coiled round Buddha and sheltered him using its hood. Someone said this scene tickled him. Most probably, he would be thinking: Is this possible? Is there such a big snake? Now, what's your opinion? Are you tickled too?
