Accidental Recipient

The other day, a colleague asked if civil servants could get rebates when renewing their road tax.
Not that I know of, I said and added that perhaps she could get it cheaper if she renewed her online via a shopping app. Then, on second thought; I would not recommend that. A Singaporean woman had mistakenly transferred a substantial sum of money to someone's else account. There is always this risk when transactions are done online. Would you perhaps return the money if you were the accidental recipient?  Would not returning constitutes breaking the second of the Buddhist Five Precepts: Adinnadana veramani sikkhapadam samadiyami  I undertake the precept to refrain from taking that which is not given.
